This was an exciting week for our family. Nicholas turned 8 on Thursday August 2 and therefore was able to attend his first ever Cub Country Day Camp. He was so excited about going to purchase his scouting uniform and thanks to Grandma Foutz had his patches sewn on properly and was ready to jump right in and begin the scouting experience.
Saturday Nicholas took a big step in his journey here on earth and became baptized a new member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and recieved the gift of the Holy Ghost. His uncle Spencer performed the baptism and he was confirmed by his grandpa Foutz. Nicholas had many friends and family there to support him during the wonderful program.

After the baptism we all met up at the park for the celebration of Nicholas' birthday. He wanted a Harry Potter theme and being the very much loved boy he is, cashed in very well with lots of birthday loot.
